Junior's Clinic - Volleyball Fundamentals

First-time Volleyballers and those looking for formal instruction are invited to North Beach LI this early-Spring to learn the fundamentals of this fast-growing sport at one of the country’s largest indoor sand Volleyball facilities! Each clinic will consist of semi-private tutorials in a fun, laid-back atmosphere, before breaking off into pairs or groups for additional drills and practice.

Students may expect to learn the basic techniques, movements and rules associated with:

• Serving

• Passing and Defense

• Setting
