About the event
Kick off the holiday weekend with a special Labor Day Barbecue and Open Play! A free barbecue buffet is included in admission and served from 7:30 - 9:00pm. The menu will include hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, and more!
Open Play at North Beach LI is a lively, informal volleyball session perfect for those who cannot make the commitment to a weekly league or a full-day tournament. Players of all skill levels and ages can join in spontaneous Sand Volleyball games without arranging a full team beforehand. This no-stress setup allows you to meet other Volleyball fans and enthusiasts, work on your skillset, partake in some healthy exercise and engage in friendly competition - all in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
The North Beach staff will designate which courts and specific formats/levels will be running. One may expect that all games will be CoEd.
